Proposal

This is the original proposal drafted by the Frankford Community Free Methodist Church in March 2011. It gives a glimpse into some of the research that led to the conclusion that a youth centre in Frankford is necessary at this time. Some of the information is outdated as the process has been moving along steadily since this document was first published, but it still gives a picture of what we imagine this youth centre to be.
